Scope: Design & Construction Direction

The project comprises of a 2Ha greenfield site where Ellipse SAS Projects is engaged by the Indonesian Government KOMINFO to Design and Build the first Indonesian Government Data Centre project in Delta Mas Industrial Estate in Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia.

The project site includes the building of a Data Center with four IT Halls, An Administration and Visitor Building of three floors comprising of a 112 seat Auditorium, A training center, A Data Center Operations center complete with NOC, SOC, FOC, A Command Center, Staff Offices and Canteen and All supporting Buildings and Structures on the site such as three Genset Houses, Two MV Houses, One Fire fighting Pump house, Rain water and Irrigation facilities, Security Gates and Loading docks and External buildings, Anti-climb fences and complete with Entry gates that are protected with Crash Rated Barriers and Bollards.

The facility is built to the US Green Building LEED Platinum requirement, the Indonesian BGH- Bangunan Gedung Hijau requirement and complies with TIA 942 as a Tier-IV-rated Data Center requirements for operation and redundancy.

The project is a first government facility commissioned by KOMINFO the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information and aims to strengthen the E-Government Infrastructure. A total of five similar facilities are planned to be built in coming years.
